1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team and provide a reason for your request. We may attempt to resolve your issue before processing the refund.
2. Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- After the 15-day guarantee period has expired.
- If you have violated our Terms of Service.
- For subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- If your dissatisfaction is due to issues with your own equipment, internet speed, or setup.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can do so by contacting our customer support team. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via email or our support widget with your purchase details and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
