All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time.

We strive to provide a high-quality, stable service. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The availability of channels and content is subject to change without notice.

In no event shall Cloud Play TV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
